Beta to Final: Phanpy [Observation 001]

Not sure (as I am with lots of things) if this'll be a frequent thing, but there are interesting details I can get from the sprites that have been released that I'd like to show.

For now I'm only going to cover Pokemon that still made it to the final mainseries games, such as Phanpy (as shown), Sunflora, Girafarig, etc. but that may change haha
